Listings
A listing is bound to a position
The listing points at a real position rather than a job title, which is what makes the rest automatic.
Bound to a position
Pick the unit and the position. The listing inherits its rank order, callsign prefix and permissions.
Compensation renders itself
If the position has a payout policy set to show on listings, the pay block is generated from the rules.
Opens and closes on a schedule
Set a window, a maximum number of applications, or both. No more forgetting to close recruitment.
One public link
A readable careers URL with an org and listing slug, a link preview for Discord, and a QR code for in-game job fairs.
Form builder
Steps, sections and questions
Build the form once and applicants move through it a step at a time instead of scrolling one long page.
Short text, long text, number, select, multi-select, yes or no, file link
Conditional questions — show step two, question three only when the answer was yes
Reorder by drag, mark required, add help text under any question
Applicants with no GROUPSPACE account can still complete and submit
Duplicate a form onto a new listing instead of rebuilding it
The same schema powers record types, so you learn the builder once
Eligibility
Gates checked before the form opens
Stop reading applications from people who were never eligible, because the gate runs at open and again at submit.
Review
One queue, one decision each
Assign a reviewer, argue in internal comments, then approve — and the approval does the paperwork.
Reviewer assignment
Claim an application or assign it. Two people no longer read the same one and reach different answers.
Internal comments
Staff-only notes on the application, kept with it forever. The applicant never sees them.
Notifications that land
In-app, email and a Discord webhook on submission and on decision — which is how these communities actually read things.
Applicant status page
The applicant gets a link that says where their application is, so nobody has to ask in general chat.
Stop duct-taping your community together.
GROUPSPACE is in invite-only early access. Talk to us and we will get your community on the list.
