The listing points at a real position rather than a job title, which is what makes the rest automatic.

Bound to a position

Pick the unit and the position. The listing inherits its rank order, callsign prefix and permissions.

Compensation renders itself

If the position has a payout policy set to show on listings, the pay block is generated from the rules.

Opens and closes on a schedule

Set a window, a maximum number of applications, or both. No more forgetting to close recruitment.

One public link

A readable careers URL with an org and listing slug, a link preview for Discord, and a QR code for in-game job fairs.

Pay text cannot drift. The compensation sentence is generated from the payout policy, never typed by hand — so what the listing promises is exactly what the accrual engine pays.

Stop reading applications from people who were never eligible, because the gate runs at open and again at submit.

Scheduled windows

Open Friday, close Sunday. A listing outside its window shows a closed state instead of a dead link.

Public apply links

Readable careers URLs on your subdomain, with an org and position preview when the link is pasted into Discord.

Throttled by default

The public form is unauthenticated, so it is rate limited — a public link is a spam target from the hour it ships.

One queue, one decision each

Assign a reviewer, argue in internal comments, then approve — and the approval does the paperwork.
