Everything your community actually runs on

Six areas, one data model: organizations, hiring, records, operations, money, and the game your community plays in.

The six areas

Pick where your mess is worst

Each area is a full module sharing one permission model, one audit log and one set of people.

Change a position once and it applies on the public apply form, in the payroll run, on the quota dashboard and at the armory door.

How it is built

Three engines, not fifteen features

The feature list looks like fifteen unrelated modules, but it is three engines and a set of presets.

Engine

Records

Arrests, warnings, internal notes, community flags, citations, commendations and incident reports are one shape: a typed entry attached to a person.

You define the record types and their field schemas
Categories: informational, positive, negative, neutral
Four visibility levels, approval, void, appeal, expiry
A background check is a filtered query, not a feature
Engine

Operations

A flight, a police shift, a training and a community event are one shape: a scheduled activity with a roster, participants and ordered stages.

Stage machines you define per operation type
Rosters gated by the position someone holds
Assets with seat maps, booked in-game or on the web
One live board, bulk-advance, works on a phone
Engine

Codes

The penal code, company SOPs and community rules are one shape: a versioned, hierarchical rulebook with classes and sentencing.

Offense classes you name — felony 1, misdemeanor A
Sentencing ranges, fines, bail, points, flags
Concurrent, consecutive and mixed charge totals
Amendments version; filed records keep their citation
Why you should care. A preset is data. When you need “passenger incident report” or “member conduct note,” you add a record type — you do not wait for us to ship a module.
The model

Three layers, one source of truth

Every module slots into exactly one layer, and anything that fits none of the three is not our job.

Identity

Who they are

Roblox, Discord and Steam account links
One profile across every organization in the workspace
Subjects with no account are matched later, not lost
Organization

Where they sit

Workspace, org, unit, position, assignment
Permissions scoped to own, unit, org or workspace
Hiring, records, rosters and codes read the same tree
Economy

What they earn

A double-entry ledger per workspace
Payroll from position wages and clocked hours
Treasuries, quotas, fines and taxes between orgs
